Respondents are shown a list of items, concerns or goals, which they can then arrange into a priority list by dragging-and-dropping. List can include images.
Add the Ranked choice element to the questionnaire page.
Write the question and specify should the respondent rank all options or not (e.g. just their top 3). Choose also the list style – just text or text + images.
List the answer options (note also the option to bulk add if you already have it written down somewhere).
If you want to use images, add them for each option under Extra settings.
Go to Extra settings of the element to set how many items respondents must rank. For example, if you want them to rank at least their top 5, enter '5' as the 'minimum required'.
