Access your team and user account

  1. Your team admin (or your Maptionnaire onboarding trainer) will send you an invitation email to join your Maptionnaire team and to create a user account. Accept it by clicking the link in it.

  2. You are then asked to create a password for your account (min. 12 characters). Alternatively, use one of the single sign-on options (Google or Microsoft).
  3. You are sent a verification email. Click the link in it to finalize account creation.

Where do I go to log in?

Next time when you want to log in, go to app.maptionnaire.com and choose Login from the upper right corner. Login with the same details that you used when accepting the team invitation.

I forgot my password and am trying to reset it. However, I am not receiving the reset email. Why is this?

If you don't receive a reset email, remember to first check your junk mail folder. Also make sure that the email you resent the link to is correctly spelled and that it is the email you used to register to Maptionnaire. A reset link can only be sent to an email address that is already in our system.
