Team = a shared workspace for your organization. It's where you create your questionnaires and pages.
- Go to Manage teams> Team settings> Members

Click Invite member and type the email address of the person you want to invite. Click Continue.
- If the new member has not created a Maptionnaire user account yet, you are asked to first write their user name. Assign a role for the new member (it can be changed later). The role defines what they can access and do in the team.

The Invite member button should become activated, allowing you to send the invite. The invitation is active for four days (4 x 24h) from the moment you send it.
Multiple email domains in one project
When we first create a team for you, we will ask you for the email domain members will be using to register. You can see a list of the accepted domains for your team when you invite someone. Normally, your team consists of members using email domains belonging to your organization. However, if your team includes members from multiple organizations, we can also add their email domains to your list of accepted domains for a small fee.
FAQ
The person I've invited says that they have not received the invitation email?
1. Check the spam folder.
2. Send another invitation, and make sure that you have spelled their email correctly.
3. Is it possible that they have already registered to Maptionnaire and have a user account? Our system will tell you if that is the case when you send the invitation, and you can also see their email listed in Team settings > Members as "Pending". An existing Maptionnaire user account does not get an email notification of the new invitation. Ask them to just log in at app.maptionnaire.com to accept the invitation (Manage teams > Accept invitation).
The link in the invitation does not work? How long is the invitation active?
The invitation is active for four days (4 x 24h) from the moment it was sent to you.
The person I invited said that they accepted the invitation but can't see any questionnaires when they log in?
Tell them to check that they have verified their account (in Account settings).
