The Real-Time Feedback Map module allows you to connect your existing GIS processes with data from Maptionnaire surveys. Example: the street maintenance department at your city uses an internal map with information on streets that need repair and maintenance. The maintenance crews look at that map to find out where they need to go next. The city also has a Maptionnaire map survey where citizens can report any problems with street maintenance that they encounter. The location-based data they leave is transferred automatically to the internal map. This enables the department to keep up to date with the condition of the city's street network with the help of citizen-generated data.
