Go to Questionnaires and click Analyze. The analysis tool is divided into two sections:
-
Charts on all questions and information on total number of respondents
- Map responses: responses to mapping questions. For more information on how to use this section, please see this article.
In the Charts section the results are shown page-by-page, in the same order as the questions in the questionnaire.

Click the wheel icon on the top right of each chart to edit or to download the chart as an image file (PNG). Editing mode allows you to change the chart type, result format (display number of respondents or percentage of respondents) or the chart colors.
Tip! You can apply the brand colors of your organization to all charts by clicking the Color palette button on top of the general view in the Analyze section. - Apply filters and see how e.g. background questions affect the other results of your questionnaire. Click the Filters button on top of the screen and select which questions or conditions you would like to use as filters. The filters will be automatically applied to all data, including map responses.
For example, if you want to see only data from respondents who submitted their responses (=clicked Submit at the end of the questionnaire):
- Click Filters and Add filter
- Select Submitted and Yes
- Click Apply
Now all charts and map responses include data only from those respondents who submitted their responses.
Multiple filter conditions can be applied at the same time. When there are multiple conditions, you can choose whether responses need to match all of them or any of them from Filter mode.
On the right side of the Filters panel, you can apply filters to the pop-up questions linked to specific map questions. Please note that these filters will apply only to responses to that specific map question.
