Go to Questionnaires and click Analyze. The analysis tool is divided into three sections:
- Respondents: charts of visitor and respondent numbers
- Charts: charts on all questions
- Map responses: responses to mapping questions. For more information on how to use this section, please see this article.
-
The charts are shown page-by-page, in the same order as the questions in the questionnaire.
Click the expand symbol on the corner of the graph to edit it or to download it as an image file (PNG). You can apply the brand colors of your organization to all charts by clicking the Color palette button on top of the page.

As of October 2024, you can examine the response data to your questionnaire by using different filter conditions in the analysis tool (Analyze section). The filters will be automatically applied to all data, including map responses.
For example, if you want to see only data from respondents who submitted their responses (=clicked Done at the end of the questionnaire):
- Click Filters and Add filter
- Select Submitted and Yes
- Click Apply
Now all charts and map responses include data only from those respondents who submitted their responses.
Multiple filter conditions can be applied at the same time. When there are multiple conditions, you can choose whether responses need to match all of them or any of them from Filter mode.
On the right side of the Filters panel, you can apply filters to the pop-up questions linked to specific map questions. Please note that these filters will apply only to responses to that specific map question.
