Dashboard is an additional module that can be added to any subscription. It helps you monitor the outreach and completion rates of the questionnaires and pages within your project team. With this tool, you can see how each questionnaire is performing and adjust your communication tactics if needed.
The Dashboard page is located on the upper navigation panel. Wait till the page loads the results for all the questionnaire (this might take a while if you have many surveys with many respondents). In the Dashboard, you’ll be able to see:
-
the status of your questionnaires (published, drafted, archived)
-
the number of respondents who completed your surveys
-
the number of responses from published questionnaires
-
the number of respondents for each survey on a customizable timeline
-
the status of your project pages and the number of comments

Respondents to Published Questionnaires
Here you see the number of respondents who submitted their survey responses and those who didn't.Please note that a questionnaire is considered submitted only when the respondents visit the very last page and clicks the Done button. Even if they do not click the button, their responses are still recorded – so don't worry, you're not losing any data!
And here is a tip: put the most relevant questions at the very beginning of the questionnaire — while the respondent's motivation is at its highest.
On this chart you can see the number of responses for each of your published questionnaires. Hover over the bar to see the exact number.
