Dashboard helps you monitor the outreach and completion rates of the questionnaires within your team. With this tool, you can see how each questionnaire is performing and, for example, adjust your communication tactics if needed.
The Dashboard page is located on the upper navigation panel. Wait till the page loads the results for all the questionnaire (this might take a while if you have many surveys). You’ll be able to see:
- the status of your questionnaires (published, drafted, archived)
- the number of respondents who completed your surveys
- the number of responses from published questionnaires
- the number of respondents for each survey on a customizable timeline
- the status of your project pages and the number of comments

Respondents from Published Questionnaires
Here you see the number of respondents who finished your published questionnaires and the number of respondents who started but did not finish them.
Note that the questionnaire is considered completed only when the respondents visits the very last page and clicked the “Done” button. So the number of respondents who didn’t finish the questionnaire doesn’t mean that you didn’t get any data at all from them.
And here is a tip: put the most relevant questions at the very beginning of the questionnaire — while the respondent’s motivation is at its highest.
