Bulk edit settings for multiple pages at the same time

Sometimes you're in a situation where you have a large number of pages you want to launch at the same time. Or perhaps you've decided to allow commenting on your published pages and want to turn that setting on? In any case, with bulk editing you can change settings on multiple pages at the same time. This saves you time and effort.

1. Go to Pages. Select all pages that you want to bulk edit by ticking the box on the left side of their names.

   

2. Open the Actions menu. Choose Bulk edit current selection

   

3. You are taken to an editing space where you can set different settings. If you see the word 'false', that simply means that the setting has not been set yet. Similarly, 'true' means a setting was set (e.g. a switch was turned on). The changes are saved automatically.
