How many respondents did my questionnaire have?

    1. Go to the analysis tool.

      Click the chart to open it in edit mode and to download it as a PNG.

      Total visitors Everyone who visited the questionnaire
      Submitted respondents People who got to the last page of the questionnaire and clicked "Submit"
      Unsubmitted respondents People who responded to at least one question in the questionnaire but did not click "Submit" at the end

      Bounce visitors

      People who entered the questionnaire but did not answer any questions

When did my questionnaire receive the most traffic?

The Visitors over time graph shows when people interacted with your survey. Click the graph to edit it.

How can I quickly view the number of visitors and respondents to my questionnaire?

Click the little arrow next to the survey's name and you can see these stats.

      • Visitors = Everyone who accessed the questionnaire
      • Respondents = Everyone who responded to at least one question in the questionnaire

How can I found out the total number of respondents in the Excel output? 

The number of rows in your Excel spreadsheet's first tab (Respondents) corresponds to the number of people who answered at least one question in the questionnaire. The Excel file does not contain 

What does 'Submitted' mean? Why didn't all respondents submit their responses?

In Maptionnaire, submitted means that the respondent clicked the Submit button on the last page of the questionnaire. The button does not need to be clicked for their responses to be recorded.

In the analysis tool, you can filter out all respondents who did not submit their responses.

In the Excel sheet of results, the column titled Submitted tells you how many respondents clicked it (TRUE) or did not (FALSE).
