The top right corner of each mapping page contains the map layer menu or legend. It allows respondents to see the names of the layers and the corresponding symbology. They can toggle map layers on and off.
Editing the legend
You can edit the names of any maps that you import to Maptionnaire.
In the survey editor click Edit map legend to open it.
You can see all map layers in the survey and edit their names. By default, all map layers are shown in the legend, but you can remove them by unticking Visible in legend. If you don't want respondents to be able to toggle layers off, untick Allow toggling.
For some of the layers you can also change the symbology.
Finally, click Save to save the changes.
