Choose Copy from the menu in the corner of the page.

Go to the questionnaire where you want to add the page. Select Paste page.
- The page should appear as the last page in the questionnaire, with the exception of the background (map/image), which you'll need to re-set under Map and layout. Please note that especially if the page contains many elements, it may take some time to be pasted completely.
