- Go to Manage teams > Team settings
- Select Subscription
Point, Collect, Communicate, Decide and Custom are names of subscription packages. Each of them contains the basic survey features and a selection of additional modules (i.e. features). You may have more than one subscription listed as active if something has been changed or added to your subscription later.

Continuous subscription means that the subscription is set to renew automatically. Fixed term means that it will end on the date shown.
The dates listed are the dates of the subscription period. If your subscription is fixed term (or you decide to end your continuous subscription before renewal), you will lose access to your team(s), including the surveys and pages and any data collected with them, when the final date has passed. So make sure to download all data before that! However, rest assured that nothing is automatically deleted when your subscription ends. We retain all data and contents of the team for a further 90 days should you change your mind. It is also possible to purchase an "access only" subscription if you want to retain access to the team but don't want to create anything new.
The quota is the number of surveys that you can publish for data collection (i.e. "Publish final version") within a subscription period. Please note that the quota is non-transferable. E.g. if you have a quota of 5 but only use 3 before renewal, you won't have 7 surveys in the new period. Drafts and test-published surveys are never counted towards the quota.
There is no quota for creating Project Pages (Communicate+ subscription), so feel free to create as many as you wish!
