Share access to the analysis tool (View only)

You can share survey results in the analysis tool with people outside your team. Clicking Share results gives them access to view all of the collected data. Copying the link to a particular saved view gives them a starting point, so they don't land on a blank analysis tool when they first arrive. Keep in mind they can switch between all of your saved views in the analysis tool.

  1. Click the share button next to any Saved view.

  2. Type the email of the person you want to share the results with and specify for how long you are granting access. Click Send invitation. Then if you want to share a specific view into the results with them, you can copy the link and send it to them directly. They need to register to view the data.

The person I've invited tells me that they are being asked to log in to Maptionnaire?

For data security reasons, the person you invited will need to register to Maptionnaire to view the results. However, they do not need to be added to your team.

If you've been invited to view data, follow these steps:

  1. Open the invitation that arrived to your inbox.

  3. If you registered, verify your new account by clicking the link in a verification email.
  4. Go back to the invitation email and click the link OR open the menu on the top right corner of the page > My responses > Choose the survey results under Shared with me.
