Go to Publish > Customize.

Type the ending you want in Custom URL. Click Save to apply the new ending, then open the new link to check that it works.
Our survey has multiple languages. How can I make sure that respondents see a specific language version first when they click the link?
Open Customize and choose the language from the drop-down. Copy the link and download QR code below.
Will the URL change if I publish the questionnaire again in test mode or when I publish it for the final time?
No, the URL will stay the same.

Yes, Custom URL changes what the QR code points to. This is because the QR-code is generated by reading whatever text string sits in the URL field and converting that string into a scannable pattern.
