Single Sign On / Microsoft Entra

Maptionnaire can be integrated with Microsoft Entra. That way members use the same login everywhere and management of access across different platforms is easier. If you'd like to know more about how to enable this for your organization, please contact support@maptionnaire.com

FAQ

I've been sent an invitation, but it has not appeared in my email?

Try these first:

  • Check the spam folder.
  • Ask your admin to send you another invitation. Ask them to confirm what email address they sent it to is correct.

I forgot my password and am trying to reset it. However, I am not receiving the reset email. Why is this?

Common mistakes:

  • The message has gone to the spam folder.

  • You accidentally misspelled your email address

  • You tried to send the reset link to an email that is different from the email you used to create your account. A reset link can only be sent to an email address that is already in our system.

The link in the invitation does not work? How long is the invitation active? 

The invitation is active for seven days (7 x 24h) from the moment it was sent to you. If it has expired, ask you admin for a new invitation.

I'm trying to log in but can't!

  • Check that you are in the correct Maptionnaire. There's app.maptionnaire.com and us.maptionnaire.com (the latter is for US-based clients only).

  • Did you try logging in via an email link? It is most likely an account set-up link that expired meant to be accessed only once. Instead, go directly to app.maptionnaire.com / us.maptionnaire.com and login there.

  • Double-check that you are spelling your email and the password correctly. If you cannot remember your password, ask for a reset.
