Access Maptionnaire

  1. Your team admin (or your Maptionnaire onboarding trainer) will send you an invitation email to join your Maptionnaire team and to create a user account. Accept it by clicking the link in it.

  2. You are then asked to create a password for your account (min. 12 characters). 
  3. You are sent a verification email. Click the link in it to finalize account creation.

Where do I go to log in?

Once you've accepted an invitation and created a password, go to app.maptionnaire.com to log in. Choose Login from the upper right corner. Login with the same details that you used when accepting the team invitation.

I've been told that I have received an invitation to join a team, but I have not received one to my email?

Try these first:

1. Check the spam folder.

2. Ask the person who invited you to send you another invitation. Ask them to confirm what email address they sent it to is correct.

3. If you already have a Maptionnaire user account, you won't get an invitation email but have to log in  at app.maptionnaire.com to accept your invitation. If you have a pending invitation, you'll see a red dot next to your user name in the top right corner. Select Manage teams from the top right corner menu and click Accept invitation to accept the pending invitation.

I have accepted an invitation to a team but I still cannot access it?

Log in to Maptionnaire (app.maptionnaire.com) and go to Account settings. Check that you have verified your account. 

I forgot my password and am trying to reset it. However, I am not receiving the reset email. Why is this?

If you don't receive a reset email, remember to first check your spam folder. Make sure that the email you resent the link to is correctly spelled and that it is the email you used to register to Maptionnaire. A reset link can only be sent to an email address that is already in our system.

The link in the invitation does not work? How long is the invitation active? 

The invitation is active for four days (4 x 24h) from the moment it was sent to you.
