Who can invite new members?
In order to be able to send invitations, your role needs to be Admin.

Go to Manage teams.

Click Invite member.

Type the email address of the person you want to invite. Click Continue.
Single Sign On (Microsoft Entra)
If your organization has Microsoft Entra, it is possible to integrate Maptionnaire to it. That way members use the same login everywhere and management of access across different platforms is easier. If you'd like to know more about how to enable this for your organization, please contact support@maptionnaire.com
Email domains
When we first create a team for you, we will ask you for the email domain(s) (e.g. @yourorganization.com) that members will be using to register to Maptionnaire. When you go to invite someone, you can see the list of accepted domains. Typically, your team will have one accepted domain only.
For data security reasons, the domain cannot be @gmail.com, @outlook.com, @yahoo.com, or any other general email provider.
Sometimes you may need to invite people from outside your organization. Additional domains can be added to the list of accepted domains for a small fee (please contact support@maptionnaire.com for further details).
- Write the name of the person you are inviting. Assign them a role (it can be changed later). The role defines what they can access and do in the team.

Finally, click Send invitation.The invitation is active for seven days (7 x 24h) from the moment you send it. If it expires, just send them a new one.
FAQ
The person I've invited says that they have not received the invitation email?
- Ask them to check the spam folder.
- Send another invitation (make sure that you have spelled their email correctly).
- Contact customer support.
The link in the invitation does not work? How long is the invitation active?
The invitation is active for seven days (7 x 24h) from the moment it was sent to you.
