Do you already have a map file that contains the place names?
I have a map file

Go to the survey, open Page settings and add the map file as an overlay by clicking 'New' or upload the map file directly to Materials.

Under Feature labels, select the attribute that includes the names.

Switch on Show feature labels. If many of the features are close to each other, turn on Declutter labels.

Edit the appearance of the labels. For example, test different colors and sizes – and remove the background 'box' by turning opacity down to zero.
