Ask respondents to upload their own files (such as photos)
Add the element to your questionnaire.

Write the question in Question label and decide the text, colors and icon you want to have in the upload button.

Under the Extra settings tab, you can:
- Adjust the file size (5 MB by default)
- Specify the type of material that can be uploaded (please see section below)
- Allow for multiple uploads
- Specify min and max numbers of uploads
If you decide to specify that respondents can only upload Document/Video/Audio/Image
- Selecting a specific file type will limit the files based on the mime type or extension of the file. See the IANA documentation for a complete list of supported image, video and audio formats.
- Accepted formats for Document: .doc .docx .xls .xlsx .ppt .pptx .odt .ods .odp .pdf .txt
- Most mobile devices will let the respondent use the inbuilt camera or microphone to take a picture or record a video / sound.
