Images can be used as answer options in the Choose one, Poll, Choose multiple and Ranked choice question types. You combine text with image or opt to have just images as options.

Go to the question element in your survey. Under Answer options are two tabs. Go to the Extra settings tab.

Select (from Materials) or upload the images for each answer option.

Go to the Extra settings for the element.

Under List style, choose Images or Image grid. You can adjust the layout of the grid in Image column number.
If you DO NOT want to feature text in the answer options, turn on Hide option names.
