Images can be used as answer options in the Choose one, Poll, Choose multiple and Ranked choice question types. You combine text with image or opt to have just images as options.
Add the question to the survey and write the question label and answer options. Choose either 'Image grid' or 'Images' from List style.
Then click the Extra settings tab above answer options. Choose or upload the image for each option.
Go to the Extra settings for the element to adjust the image grid, hide option names, or to randomize options.
