Ask follow-up questions on points, lines and areas drawn by respondents

How can I ask respondents follow-up questions on the locations that they mark on the map?

You can add pop-ups to all three types map questions (map point, line or polygon/area). It's an excellent way of combining precise GIS data with more qualitative information.

1. Click Create pop-up.

   

2. Add the questions that you want to ask from the element library. 

3. Check how the pop-up looks like in the preview:

Edit or delete an existing pop-up feature

If you want to return to edit the pop-up window, or want to delete it without deleting the entire element, simply access the element drop-down menu and choose accordingly.
