Which analysis tool should I use?
- For a quick sense of the tone: sentiment analysis.
- To see what people talk about, and how often: AI tagging.
- To answer a specific question, such as what people said about one area: filter the data, then ask questions about your data.
- To share the results with others: the AI report.

Check the results
AI tools save a lot of time, but treat their output as a draft. Check tags, summaries and reports against the actual responses before you publish or share them, especially when a theme is based on only a few answers.
How your data is handled
- AI features that use response data (sentiment analysis, AI tagging, asking questions about your data, the AI report and AI moderation) run on AI models in AWS, in the same region where your response data is already stored – EU data stays in the EU, US data in the US. As of August 2026, the analysis features use Claude Sonnet 4.6 on Amazon Bedrock. The model does not retain your responses after processing them and does not use them to train models.
- AI translation uses Google Gemini. Only your survey content (questions and texts) is sent for translation – no response data.
