Checklist for survey launch

Not sure what changes when you publish the final version? See Test version vs final version.

Publish the questionnaire in test mode and do a content check

  • Test everything, including translations, location zooms, pop-ups and branching rules
  • Test the questionnaire with a smart phone
  • Simplify. Can questions be merged? Or would another question type be more effective? E.g. instead of an open text question, ask the same thing with a multiple choice question.
  • Reword any jargon.
  • Take a look at what the test data looks like in Analyze. Is it in a format that’s easy to use in reports?

Want some help? Use our AI Helper! Click 'Edit with AI' in the editor (the sparkle icon, top right) and ask for one change at a time.
